These terms govern use of headstartbiz.com, owned and operated by Frankie Knox as a business consulting site. Intellectual property on the site belongs to Frankie Knox. Third-party goods, services, and linked sites are not guaranteed or controlled by us.

Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Disputes are resolved by arbitration, with exceptions for small claims and injunctive relief.

Refunds: cancel within 72 hours of payment for a full refund if documents have not been returned. Provisions are severable.
