Business plans lenders will actually read

Acquiring loans, raising seed capital, and keeping a structure to the adventure often calls for a plan that a stranger can underwrite.

$999 one-time · 21-day turnaround

Our plans are written to be used. The long version (typically 30–50 pages) is the operating reference. The short version (6–10 pages) is what investors and lenders actually read. Both are delivered together, within 21 days, for a one-time fee of $999.

Every plan covers executive summary, financing and exit, product, organization, strategic analysis, marketing, org design, financials with sensitivity and break-even, and the appendix stack (SWOT, risks, expanded P&L and cash flow).

Proposals follow the same format, narrowed to a specific project. If you already have a draft, we will tell you honestly whether it will survive a credit committee.

Who it is for

Owners applying for a loan or SBA financing, founders raising seed capital, and established businesses planning an expansion, a new location, or a specific project. If someone who does not know you has to say yes to your numbers, the plan is written for them.

How the 21 days work

It starts with the intake and a working session with your consultant about the business, the market, the people, and the money: how much you need, what it is for, and how it gets repaid. Bring what you have, such as past financials, a draft, pricing, or market notes. We write the narrative and build the financial proformas, ratios, and break-even analysis. The long and short versions are delivered together within 21 days.

Where the plan goes next

A plan is most useful when it is put to work. The finished plan is built to support a business funding request, and new ventures can pair it with business formation so the entity, the plan, and the funding request tell the same story.
