- Where is Head Start Biz Solutions located?
- Our office is at 440 Monticello Ave Ste 1800, Norfolk, VA 23510, in the heart of Hampton Roads. We have served the region since 2008 and work with clients across Virginia and nationwide by phone, text, and secure upload.
- How do I start a business in Virginia?
- Choose a structure (LLC, S-Corp, or other), file with the Virginia SCC, get an EIN, open a business bank account, and put books and tax on the calendar from day one. We file the entity, deliver a corporate kit, and map funding and tax in the same engagement.
- Who will I actually talk to?
- A named consultant, not an 800 number. After intake we assign a person who emails, texts, or calls you directly, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm.
- Can you help if my credit is damaged?
- Yes. Credit consulting, authorized-user history leasing, and business-credit building are core services. Personal repair typically starts with a 15-minute call and an IdentityIQ report. We do not judge the file; we work it.
- Can you help if my books are behind?
- Absolutely. We handle catch-up bookkeeping and cleanup, then move you into a monthly system so you stay current going forward.
- Do you offer tax resolution support?
- Yes. If you have received IRS letters or are dealing with back taxes, we will review your situation and recommend the right resolution path, from response letters to full representation.
- What does a first engagement cost?
- It depends on the service. Roadmap discovery is a $250 invoice. Most Virginia entity filings are $650. Business plans are $999. Credit consulting starts with a 15-minute call. Funding has no fee to us until you are funded. The consultant will quote the next step before you pay it.
